GRAND MANAN CHANNEL II is based on a watercolor sketch that I did along the trail at Quoddy Head in Lubec, Maine during the summer of 2013. I started carving the blocks in December and thought it would be done by December 31st, but I ended up cutting more blocks to have shading on the tree. So it was my first print of 2014.
